Is Hithium available from European stock?
No. Hithium products are not stocked in Europe. We confirm the available product revision, dispatch origin, lead time and delivery terms for your order. Stock for selected inverter models is checked separately.
When will I hear from Sunket?
Our sales team replies within 24 hours. A complete quotation follows after we clarify the model, quantity, project country and any technical requirements with you.
Can you include the inverter or PCS?
You can request a combined equipment package. Compatibility is reviewed for each model. An established commercial battery and inverter pairing does not establish compatibility for other models.
What about local approvals and warranty?
We identify the documents and warranty scope required for the exact product and destination before quotation. Tell us the final installation country; a UAE-based buyer may be sourcing for a project elsewhere.
